Shipping FAQ'S

1. Which shipping options do you provide?

Standard Shipping: 

 After orders are fulfilled

  • Deliveries are made in 2 to 6 business days.
  • Packages weighing 10 pounds or less are delivered to your doorstep by the USPS.
  • Packages weighing greater than 10 pounds will be delivered by UPS.
  • Rural (none urban area) and remote areas (miles away from the city) may incur longer delivery times.

 

2. What are other options do you provide for shipping? 

  • 3 Day Select: Arrives 3 business days after the day it ships out.
  • 2nd Day Air: Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out.
  • Next Day Air: Arrives on the next business day after the day it ships out.

 Note: Deliveries can occur as late as 8pm; local time depending on the delivery location.

3. How do I get notified when I will receive my order?

  • You will receive a tracking number in the email that you used to create an account with us. You can track your order by clicking the "track my order" link which is included in your message.
  • Shipping times start the first business day after the order is shipped from our nearby warehouse. 
  • For example: if the delivery option you choose at checkout is 3-Day Select and your order ships on a Wednesday, then the first shipping day you would count is the day afterwards which is Thursday and your package would be estimated for delivery on the following Monday.

 4. What could prevent my order from being shipped?

    • The billing address provided does not match what the credit card that is on file. (fraudulent reasons)
    • The shipping address provided cannot be confirmed.
    • The shipping address provided is a PO Box and you have selected an expedited shipping method.
    • The order was placed after 3pm EST on a weekday (Monday - Friday).
    • The order was placed on a weekend or holiday (Saturday or Sunday).

    5. Do you ship outside the 50 United States?

    At this time partysurpriseinabox.com can only ship to the 50 states in United States and the District of Columba. We are unable to ship orders to any US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands. partysurpriseinabox.com does not ship to any international locations.
